When you write, please add:

• the job number (for example RPJ-00042) from Report PDF Studio → History, and the error message shown there;
• the report format (tabular, summary or matrix) and the chart type;
• your Salesforce edition and whether the chart renderer is on.

Common questions

The chart is drawn as columns, not as a pie / donut / line. The Salesforce PDF engine cannot draw curves. An admin can turn on the chart renderer in Report PDF Studio → Settings.

"Report format MULTI_BLOCK is not supported". Joined reports are not available in the Reports API for Apex. Print each block as its own report.

The PDF shows at most 2,000 detail rows. This is the limit of the Salesforce Reports API. Groups and totals still include all rows, and the PDF says so.

An email recipient is refused. Admins decide which email domains may receive PDFs (Settings → Allowed email domains). Salesforce users of the org are always allowed.

A job failed. Open History, select Show details for the job, fix the cause (for example a filter value), and choose Retry. Temporary errors are retried automatically (up to "Max attempts").
