Setup guide

1. Install

Install the Report PDF Studio package in your org (sandbox first is recommended). Supported editions: Enterprise, Unlimited, Performance and Developer (editions with Apex and the Reports API).

2. Give access

3. Set up branding (admins)

Open the Report PDF Studio app → Settings tab:

  1. Create a branding profile: page size (Letter, Legal, A4, A3, Tabloid), orientation, header text, footer text, accent color, font, row limit, which sections to print, and Default profile.
  2. Upload a logo (PNG, JPG or GIF) to the profile.
  3. In Org settings, set the maximum rows, retries, allowed email domains, and whether to use the chart renderer for pie, donut and line charts.

4. Print a report

5. Schedules

Schedules → New schedule: pick the report and filters, frequency, hour and recipients, and activate. The schedule runs as you, with your access.
